Project Management Model

Safex’s project staffing model is effective in meeting project objectives and minimizing the customer’s cost.  An experienced Technical Manager is assigned to provide technical oversight.  The Project Lead is responsible for completing the project on time and on budget.  Project Staff, who have completed a four-year academic program and have experience with similar projects, if needed, conduct the specific site activities.
