Since 1992, Safex has been helping businesses across Ohio and beyond create safer, healthier, and more sustainable workplaces. What started as a small consulting team has grown into a trusted partner for hundreds of organizations, but our purpose hasn’t changed:
We believe safety is personal. It’s about people, relationships, and doing meaningful work that protects lives and livelihoods. Every solution we design, every training we deliver, and every partnership we build starts with that simple idea.
At Safex, our work is guided by two commitments: helping workers stay safe and creating a workplace where our own team can thrive. That balance keeps us grounded, passionate, and focused on what matters most: people.
Every person deserves respect, inclusion, and the chance to contribute. We celebrate different perspectives and believe better ideas come from every voice at the table.
We model the well-being we promote. A healthy, happy team creates stronger solutions and longer-lasting partnerships.
Our clients’ people are our people. We listen first, collaborate openly, and tailor every solution to fit the needs of each workplace.
Safety isn’t a checklist; it’s a commitment. We take pride in doing the extra work that helps organizations thrive, not just comply.
We grow with intention by enhancing our services, strengthening client relationships, and supporting ongoing teammate development.
Our Team
Safex is home to a multidisciplinary team of safety consultants, industrial hygienists, environmental specialists, and wellbeing professionals who share a simple goal: protecting people while making the process easy and approachable.
Each member of our team brings unique expertise, but it’s our shared values that make the difference. Together, we combine technical know-how with a personal touch to help clients build safer, happier workplaces.
