Event Details
There are five levels of actions to reduce or remove hazards: Elimination, Substitution, Engineering Controls, Administrative Controls, and PPE. Using this hierarchy can lower worker exposures and reduce risk of illness or injury.

1. Define each level of the hierarchy of controls and be able to apply the hierarchy of controls to your facility.
2. Identify the different types of ventilation controls and list the pro’s and con’s of each.
3. Identify key considerations that determine if a control is successful or unsuccessful
