Our safety champions leadership training helps businesses integrate safety at every level to increase the bottom line. During this two day workshop we’ll discuss key responsibilities of leadership, such as:

  • How leadership relates to safety,
  • How leadership impacts safety performance,
  • Qualities of leader,
  • Leadership accountability and
  • How leadership is key to making observations during high risk and non-routine tasks.

We’ll also teach you how to add value to daily inspections, important aspects of empowering and engaging associates in safety, how to conduct a root cause analysis and skills for confronting unacceptable behavior and recognizing acceptable behavior.

This class is a unique blend of content. Safety, HR, facility and maintenance managers, operations supervisors and anyone involved in safety find will find value in attending.

Class will be held 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. on both days.
