Program Changes Effective July 1, 2023
Ohio BWC Drug-Free Safety Program Comparable Level employers are now required to complete one hour of employee education and an additional hour of supervisor training each year vs. the previous one-time ever requirement.
The BWC issued a DFSP Overview of all levels, including changes for the 2023-2024 program year around education/training requirements, Training of Trainers material, and new enrollees on the approved contractor list.
