If OSHA came knocking, would you be prepared? We’ll cover the five types of OSHA inspections and help you understand the process of an inspection, and what to expect during one. Plus, we’ll explain the options to respond to OSHA citations and the contents of a site-specific OSHA response plan. |

Worksite hazards can be safety, health or behavioral. We’ll walk you through the common hazards in general industry and construction, provide tips for conducting your own walk throughs and give an overview of how to communicate to them ensure occupational safety. |

Multi-Employer Worksites (Intermediate) |
OSHA’s Multi-Employer Worksite policy allows for more than one employer at a worksite to be cited for a hazardous condition that violates an OSHA standard. We’ll cover the 4 employer classifications in OSHA’s policy, explain the role of each of the classifications, suggest way of minimizing risk and explain Owner Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIPs) and Contractor Controlled Insurance Programs (CCIPs). |

OSHA Recordkeeping and Incident Investigation (Intermediate) | OSHA recordkeeping and incident investigation are the two most requested trainings from our customers. Join us as we discuss the fundamentals of OSHA recordkeeping, including the newest information about recording COVID-19 and work from home illnesses/injuries. We’ll also share how incident investigations play an important role of preventing future OSHA recordables and reduce workers compensation costs. |
Indoor air quality investigations (Intermediate) | Building-related illness and sick building syndrome are two health effects related to indoor air quality. Join us while we share the ASHRAE guidelines for acceptable indoor air quality (IAQ), common complaints about IAQ and how to investigate these complaints. |

This advanced presentation will cover the role of a health and safety professional in local exhaust ventilation (LEV). The instructor will share ventilation stories from the field and information about the categories of hoods, energy requirements in LEV systems and system evaluations. |
