The Ohio Manufacturers’ Association (OMA) wanted to develop a training program for its member companies enrolled in OBWC’s Group Retrospective program to help them reduce their claims and workers’ compensation premiums. OMA partnered with Safex and developed a successful webinar series focused on improving workplace safety and accident prevention.
Safex began by providing a monthly webinar to OMA members enrolled in the Group Retrospective program. The OMA members found such substantial value in the webinars that the safety webinar offering was expanded to all of its members. Now, Safex conducts an anonymous claims analysis each year and designs 12 webinars based on OMA members’ greatest safety needs.
The webinars have become an invaluable resource for OMA to offer to its members. Since bringing Safex on as a safety partner, OMA has noticed a significant increase in its members’ use of the free webinars, and OMA members have found Safex to be a reliable safety resource.
