Trenching and Excavation Training

Safex is teaming up with the well-respected George J. Igle & Co., Inc. for this hands-on training. Participants will receive classroom instruction in Igel’s state-of-the art training facility and then move outside where they’ll participate in field inspections of trenches and their setup, as well as utilize industrial hygiene air sampling equipment. This course covers the skill and knowledge required of a competent person.

Since there will be a hands on and field portion to this training, attendees will need to bring appropriate PPE for a field environment (hard hat, safety glasses, hi vis vest, safety boots).

Lunch is provided and a certificate of completion will be available following evaluation submission. The course is also approved for Certified Operator CEU credits with the Ohio EPA.
